BATON ROUGE – The 2010 LSU Flores MBA Launch week concluded with a Flores Alumni Discussion Panel titled “Perspectives on Post-MBA Opportunities and How Best to Prepare.”
Edward Watson, director of the LSU Flores MBA Program and associate dean for Graduate Programs of the E. J. Ourso College of Business, said the panel of alums inspired first-year M.B.A. students to make the most out of their experience.
“They had a unique opportunity,” said Watson. “Listening to the perspectives of a variety of alums gave them an understanding of the importance of integrity, professionalism, leadership, team work and volunteering.”
After an introduction of each of the alums, Watson presented a variety of questions to the panelists, including “What do you expect when you meet an LSU Flores MBA?” After the alums provided close to an hour of insight, a Q&A followed.
