The LSU Business Residential College will host a crawfish boil Tuesday, May 3, 2011, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the green space located between the Business Residential College and the Engineering Residential College. BRC and ERC are providing the crawfish.
Camille Plaisance, associate rector for the BRC, said this event is all about tradition and is a great way to celebrate the end of the year.
“The annual crawfish boil is our most popular social event of the year,” Plaisance said. “It brings the Business and Engineering Residential College students and faculty together.”
All E. J. Ourso College of Business faculty, BRC faculty and BRC residents are invited. There is no charge for the event and no RSVP is required.
Amanda Veade, graduate residence director, echoed Plaisance’s sentiment.
“It puts a bow on the end of the year,” she said.
