    The LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business will host the First Annual International Business Forum on Friday, March 25, 2011, at the Lod Cook Alumni Center. This event will highlight business leadership in a global context and further strengthen the E. J. Ourso College of Business' commitment to globalization.

    8 Hours of CPE credit will be awarded upon completion of the event.

    Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officier
    The Shaw Group

    Ferraioli possesses significant Securities and Exchange Commission reporting expertise from his 30-year tenure in the engineering and construction industry. Before joining the Shaw Group in 2007, he served as vice president and controller for Foster Wheeler, Ltd., where he had responsibility for worldwide financial reporting and internal control functions. From July 2000 until November 2002, Ferraioli served as vice president and chief financial officer of Foster Wheeler USA Corporation and, from 1998 to 2000, he served as vice president and chief financial officer of Foster Wheeler Power Systems, Inc., where he implemented all of the company's Sarbanes-Oxley policies and procedures. At the Shaw Group, Ferraioli reports directly to J.M. Bernhard, the company's chairman, president and chief executive officer.

    Ferraioli holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a bachelor's in accounting from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, Ferraioli serves on the globalization committee of the E. J. Ourso College of Business Dean's Advisory Council.
