Student Checklist

1. Are you an accounting major?
2. Have you completed ACCT 3021 (Intermediate II) with a grade of "C" or better?


• If you answered YES to 1 and 2 above, proceed to point 3. If you answered NO to either question, you are not eligible for an accounting internship at this time.


3. Download an Internship Information Packet here.
4. Complete and return permission form to Patrick F. Taylor Hall 3109C (included in Information Packet).
5. Register online for ACCT 4231.
6. Await email indicating approval or denial.
7. If approved, contact Sue Feinberg at sfeinbe@lsu.edu for TOPS deferral or fee deferral. DO NOT send forms in directly.
8. Submit report from student and supervisor by the last day of class in the semester of work.
9. Enjoy your work experience!
