The Flores Professional MBA track is designed for working professionals with a minimum of three years of business experience who would like to earn their MBA on a part-time basis while continuing in their current employment. Students are encouraged to learn from each other through traditional academic work and shared experiences.

By enrolling in one of these track, you will:

    • Improve your organizational change leadership skills
    • Develop analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • Integrate emerging technologies into your career
    • Develop a network of high-performing colleagues outside your company
    • Master cutting-edge business tools and methods
    • Enhance your leadership skills
    • Earn an LSU MBA
    • Save money—tuition costs also cover books, supplies, parking, meals, and other special services
    • Do it all while continuing your career.

Two versions of the Flores Professional MBA program are offered, both taught by the same faculty.

    1. Track 1 meets two evenings per week. Two courses are completed during each academic semester and one during summer session. Students are admitted in August of each year and graduate 24 months later.
    2. Track 2 meets one evening per week (3.5 hours).  One course is completed every 10 weeks.  Students attend 50 classes per year (classes do not meet the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas) and complete five courses per year.  Acceptance into Track 2 is granted at the beginning of the fall, spring, and summer semesters.  Students will complete the program approximately 33 months after beginning.

The 42 credit hour core curriculum assures the student an in-depth understanding of all major business fields. No electives are required since this program is intended to provide a solid management core: students who wish to develop a specialization may do so after completing the PMBA. The Flores PMBA track, unlike the Flores EMBA track, contains no international residency component.
