Post-Tenure Review Has Reared Its Ugly Head at LSU 

in the form of PS-109

PS-109 = 4 1/2 years is not the same as Tenure = indefinite

PM - 35 is not a termination mechanism.

PS - 109 is possibly illegal because it is inherently discriminatory (does not cover tenured administrators).

Certainly PS - 109 is not retroactive for the approximately 733 pre-August 2003 tenured faculty.

Talk to your faculty senator!
