• All titles should be centered, bolded, and in all caps.
• The author's name should follow centered and bolded with a * footnote.

• At the bottom of the page include your academic affiliation. For example:

           * Dr. Larry Crumbley is KPMG Endowed Professor at Louisiana State University.  

• Main section headings (if used) should be left justified and bolded.
• Subsection headings (if used) should be left justified, italicized, and underlined.
• If references are listed at the end of the article, the title “REFERENCES” should be centered, bolded, and in all caps.
