What is the Dean's Circle?

Launched in 2009, the Dean's Circle is a special group of committed alumni and friends of the E. J. Ourso College who support the academic and development goals of the college through their annual investment of $1,000 or more to the Dean's Excellence Fund.

Here at the E. J. Ourso College, we know that the difference between a good program and a great one is private funding, and we are working hard to compete with the finest business colleges in the nation. The Dean's Excellence Fund is your opportunity to help provide the private support needed to ensure the E. J. Ourso College's programs, faculty, students, and facilities remain competitive nationally.

Besides knowing that your generosity has a direct, positive influence on the phenomenal students and faculty of the college, your membership also includes recognition on our Web site, invitations to special events, and personalized updates on the impact your gift has had on the E. J. Ourso College.

How do I Join the Dean's Circle?

Please join the Dean's Circle today with your gift to support the Dean's Excellence Fund at one of the following levels:

• $10,000 and above - Dean's Circle Partner
• $5,000 - $9,999 - Dean's Circle Manager
• $2,500 - $4,999 - Dean's Circle Executive
• $1,000 - $2,499 - Dean's Circle Shareholder
• $500 - Dean's Circle Associate (Graduates under 40 years of age)

Checks should be made payable to the LSU Foundation and you should write "E. J. Ourso College Dean's Excellence Fund" in the designated memo section. Send checks to:

You can also make an online gift to the Dean's Excellence Fund by using a Visa, MaterCard, American Express, or Discover card at the LSU Foundation's Web site. Please enter your contact information and select the "E. J. Ourso College of Business" as the beneficiary unit in the Donation For: dropdown box. Then select "Dean's Excellence Fund" from the dropdown box below.

Monthly Payments

You can opt to make monthly pledge payments to join the Dean's Circle. For example, if you pledge a $1,000 annual gift, your credit card will be charged $84 once a month.

Alumni Under 40

Alumni under the age of 40 can join at the Associate member level with a gift of $500 to the Dean's Excellence Fund.
