The E. J. Ourso College of Business and the Forever LSU Campaign

The Forever LSU Campaign is the largest, most ambitious fundraising undertaking in school history. The campaign strategy supports the National Flagship Agenda, the plan that will position LSU as one of the leading public institutions in the nation. As an integral part of this campaign, the E. J. Ourso College of Business is striving to:

• Recruit and retain a diverse student body of the highest quality;
• Alleviate the financial burden college poses by offering more scholarships and funding to assist study-abroad opportunities;
• Reward and encourage faculty research with more endowed professorships and chairs and research awards;
• Fuel the Louisiana economy by creating a knowledgeable, prepared workforce and providing valuable research and resources to professionals, citizens, and businesses.

The cornerstone of the Forever LSU Campaign is the new home for the E. J. Ourso College. LSU is the only university of its kind without its business school housed in a freestanding facility. The college is currently seeking a combination of private and public funding to build a 21st century learning facility to attract top-tier faculty and students and spur economic development.

The E. J. Ourso College needs your support to ensure its continued success in the pursuit of excellence and academic distinction among business colleges worldwide. Your support will ensure more students, faculty and staff, and members of our greater community are afforded an LSU experience—an experience rich in promise, opportunities, service, and tradition. Once completed, the Forever LSU Campaign will position both LSU and the E.
