LSU's Ourso College

Cook Alumni Center recently to honor its newest Hall
of Distinction inductees.
The inductees were Richard Gill, executive vice president
and chief operations officer of the Shaw Group in Baton
Rouge; Harry Hawks, executive vice president and chief
financial officer of Hearst-Argyle Television in New
York; Donald Phillips, managing director and principal
of EnCap Investments LLC in Houston; Kay Gravolet Priestly,
managing partner of Andersen in New Orleans; and Rick
Wolfert, president and chief operating officer of GE
Capital Healthcare Financial Services in Chicago. Each
of the inductees was accompanied by friends and family
members.
There were more than 300 guests in attendance, including
Dean Thomas Clark and his wife, Mary, and LSU Head Coach
Nick Saban and his wife, Terry.
"The Ourso College owes a great debt of gratitude
to these five individuals," said Dean Tom Clark, "and
we are very proud to be able to honor them." Clark
was given a special award honoring him as founder of
the Hall of Distinction. The Ourso College Hall of
Distinction was established in 1996.
The evening featured a musical performance by the
LSU Gospel Choir and dinner prepared by John Folse
Catering.
