Welcome to the Louisiana State University Center for Internal Auditing! LSU was endorsed by the Institute of Internal Auditors in 1985 as the Pilot School to develop an innovative educational program in internal auditing. Today the LSUCIA is a Center in the IIA Internal Audit Education Partnership Program (IAEP). The LSU Internal Audit program is a multidisciplinary program with students from over 30 different business and non-business majors.  [MORE]

LSU ACCOUNTING MAJOR RECEIVES HIGHEST SCORE ON WORLDWIDE EXAM

LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business accounting major Trista Sanders received the highest student score on the international Certified Internal Auditor Exam administered in November 2007. She is the 16th LSU Center for Internal Auditing student to achieve this designation, and, as part of the award, she will receive an expense-paid trip to the Institute for Internal Auditors International Conference in San Francisco, Calif. this summer to be honored.    [MORE]
