A byproduct of the LSUCIA program is preparation for the CIA exam which is given in both May and November. Many students that have graduated from the program have passed all four parts of the Exam. LSU students have won the International Student High Achievement Award, given to the student who scores the highest on the CIA exam, fifteen times during the last eighteen years.
