  • EXECUTIVE EDUCATION CUSTOM PROGRAMS

    In addition to our open enrollment courses and workshops, the Executive Education Office will design custom programs to deal with the specific demands of your business by linking up learning with your firm’s business and executive training strategy. The need can be more general, such as building leadership skills or advancing strategic thinking. Or, the program may be more specific to the company’s situation—organizational intervention to address a needed update in technology, to advance an understanding of global marketing concepts or to tackle an issue specific to your company or organization.

    At Louisiana State University’s E. J. Ourso College of Business Executive Education we start by assessing your specific needs: What strategic issues do you face? And what will it take to meet these challenges? Next, we immerse you in a learning experience that focuses on real-world problems and solutions, giving you new knowledge and tools that directly relate to your challenges. Following your custom executive education program, we continue to work with you to gauge the impact the program has made on you and your organization and provide resources and networks that help you forge an ongoing relationship with LSU.

    Each exemplary custom education program features:

    • A course curriculum tailored to your organization’s specific needs;
    • Program facilitators familiar with your organization and its goals;
    • High-caliber faculty;
    • A program location either at your site, at LSU, or at premium locations for special lectures, meetings, and events;
    • Specialized training for groups of twenty or more supplemented with needs assessments, coaching, action-learning opportunities, and results evaluation.

    PROGRAMMING MODULES

    The topics listed below were initially developed for our open enrollment programs. These modules can be tailored to the specific requirements and challenges your organization may face and with the knowledgeable faculty at LSU, we can quickly develop additional topics specific to your situation. In either case, the program will be designed, developed and presented for one company or organization; yours.
