Students please be aware of the E. J. Ourso College of Business advising policies and
procedures as they can have an impact on scheduling or graduating.
• Office Hours: Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
• Picture ID: You must have a picture I.D. to see an advisor.
• Sign-In: Please check in with the front desk before signing in on the computer.
• Appointment only: Advisors can be seen by appointment only

• Late or Missed appointments: If you are late or cannot make an appointment please call to let us know by calling 578-3211
• Busiest Times: Scheduling and Graduation times are very busy. If you need to see an advisor around that time period please schedule an appointment a week in advance
• Full Classes: Advisors can not add you to a class that is full. If you are seeking enrollment in a full section, add yourself to the waitlist.
• Senior Check-out: During senior check out students must indicate their anticipated graduation date. Students must schedule an appointment to complete senior check-out when they have 30 hours or less remaining until graduation. | |
