Students please be aware of the E. J. Ourso College of Business advising policies and procedures as they can have an impact on scheduling or graduation.
- Office Hours: Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Picture I.D.: You must have a picture I.D. to see an advisor.
- Sign-In: Please check in with the front desk before signing in on the computer.
- Appointment Only: Advisors can be seen by appointment only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Questions: advisor@lsu.edu.
- Late or Missed Appointments: If you are late or cannot make an appointment, please call 225-578-3211 to let us know.
- Busiest Times: Scheduling and Graduation times are very busy. If you need to see an advisor around that time period, please schedule an appointment a week in advance.
- Full Classes: Advisors can not add you to a class that is full. If you are seeking enrollment in a full section, add yourself to the waitlist.

Senior Check-Out: During senior check-out students must indicate their anticipated graduation date. Students must schedule an appointment to complete senior check-out when they have 30 hours or less remaining until graduation.
