The LSUCIA directors and staff are gearing up for the start of the 2008 LSUCIA Program in January. This internationally recognized program is beginning its 24th year at LSU and promises to be successful once again.
More than 200 students are currently registered for the program. Representatives from more than 70 companies and organizations will be visiting during the spring semester, including Deloitte & Touche, Dixon Hughes, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, IBM, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Protiviti, and Wachovia.
Over the course of the spring semester, visiting companies and organizations will be interviewing LSUCIA students for summer internships. Last year, 140 students were placed in internships, and more than 1,500 students have been placed in internships since the program’s inception.
