LSU’S BETA ALPHA PSI WINS BEST PRACTICES COMPETITION

Officers of LSU’s chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, a national scholastic and professional fraternity committed to the study and enhancement of business information disciplines, won the “Best Practices” competition at the Organization’s Southeast Regional Conference in late February.
           
The winning presentation was an abstract and summary of the financial literacy seminars given on LSU’s campus for incoming E. J. Ourso College of Business students. Topics addressed by the group included credit, budgeting and retirement investment. The team will attend the national convention in California this August and compete against other regional victors.
