Jeff Zehnder, founder and chief executive officer of Zehnder Communications, has been named a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of LSU’s E. J. Ourso College of Business.
Zehnder, who graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s in marketing in 1989, is a native of Lafayette, La. He established Zehnder Communications, a full-service advertising agency, in New Orleans. Immediately following Hurricane Katrina, Zehnder relocated its corporate offices in Baton Rouge. Although its headquarters is once again in New Orleans, Zehnder’s capital city office remains in operation. Combined, the two sites are fully staffed with 33 employees.
Utilizing his expertise across the many disciplines of marketing, Zehnder will prove to be a valuable asset to DAC as a member of its Alumni and Public Relations Committee. Zehnder and his wife, Ansley Baker Zehnder, now reside in Baton Rouge.
DAC exists to promote and improve the E. J. Ourso College. The accomplished professionals who form its membership donate their time, talents, and resources to support the Dean in his efforts to enhance the substance and image of the E. J. Ourso College.
